Had a great experience with Jay. He took his time and went through each room very carefully and even managed to fit into a tiny crawl space that probably only kids could fit in. Not to mention, he also had to get up on the roof to do the sewer scope. He was determined to get those figured out and looked at. Very professional and detailed inspection report afterwards with video footage of sewer and leaks we couldn't see for ourselves in the crawl.
